Khrystyna Kostiushko speaks at the inaugural London Arbitration Week 2025

On 4 December 2025, Khrystyna Kostiushko spoke at the inaugural London Arbitration Week (LAW) 2025, joining the panel entitled “What Ukrainian Businesses Expect and London’s Role in Delivering Trust, Certainty and Enforcement”. The session formed part of the first-ever edition of London Arbitration Week, held in London from 1 to 5 December 2025.

The panel brought together practitioners with direct experience advising Ukrainian businesses on cross-border disputes, enforcement strategy, and risk mitigation. Discussions focused on the expectations of Ukrainian companies, the importance of enforceability, and London’s role as a trusted centre for international arbitration.

London Arbitration Week 2025 marked the launch of a new global forum for the international arbitration community, bringing together counsel, arbitrators, businesses and institutions to exchange insights on international arbitration.
