Fair and Equitable Treatment: Teaching at the Brunel Summer Programme 2026
On 14 September 2026, Khrystyna Kostiushko delivered a lecture at the Brunel Summer Programme on International Arbitration. Held over five days in London, from 7 to 11 September 2026, the programme featured sessions on commercial and investor-State arbitration delivered by practitioners and academics.
Her session, “Fair and Equitable Treatment and Beyond”, explored standards of investment protection and their application in investor-State disputes, combining analysis of treaty provisions and arbitral decisions with practical case studies.
