Khrystyna Kostiushko has published an article entitled “Consequences of Incorporation/Annexation of Territory for the Spatial Scope of Application of Investment Treaties” in Volume 14(2) of the Cambridge International Law Journal (CILJ), a leading peer-reviewed journal focusing on international law and published by Edward Elgar Publishing.

The article forms part of the issue based on CILJ’s 14th Annual Conference, “Navigating a Multipolar World: Challenges to the Post-WWII Status Quo of International Law”.
